Dick Spotswood

Dick Spotswood is the politics and government columnist for the Marin Independent Journal.

A San Francisco native, Dick is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and its School of Law. He is a personal injury attorney with the law firm of Jacobs, Spotswood & Casper.

About Rotary Club of San Rafael

We meet in person on Mondays at Noon for lunch. We are also ZOOMING our meetings starting at noon. Our members are dedicated people who share a passion for both public service and friendship. Becoming a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group of professionals who share your drive to give back.
